The transfer switch is composed of a high performance excitation contactor and an intelligent controller. When working, the electromagnetic coil produces a strong and stable attraction to drive the switching action to ensure the instant completion of power switching. This feature not only effectively guarantees the rapid switching of the power supply when the equipment is powered off, but also realizes the seamless connection of the power supply, which provides a reliable and solid power guarantee for the equipment with strict requirements for power continuity.
The product consists of switch ontology and intelligent split controller. The switch body is mainly composed of two parts, contact system and operating mechanism. Each pole contact system is composed of multiple relatively independent double-cast cutting contacts, which can better ensure the reliability of contact. The common side power contact and the standby side power contact to achieve mechanical interlock through the connecting rod. The operating mechanism is driven by the excitation coil and controlled by the logic of the internal circuit to form an electrical interlock with the contact system.
